Are these ready to wear or Unstiched?
Bridals and Formals collection is not available as Ready to wear or Unstitched. All dresses are made to order in accordance with the customer’s size.
Can I customize the dress to look the i want, changing colours and style?
We do not offer Bespoke Services. Any dress selected by you from our collection, will be made new as per your measurements. We recommend against altering the original style and color, as the sample shown has gone through the processes and is tried and tested. If you want to alter it as per your vision, it has to go through a number of prototypes to get it right which is time consuming and costly.
We will however make minor changes to the original design such as a neckline or a sleeve, swapping some detail, adding or subtracting beading or embroidery, but only if the design still works.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Everything should be by an appointment only
How can my measurements be taken If i am placing an order online?
Our consultant will be available to assist you on measurements and tailor the dress to your size and comfort via video call.
How do I book the dress?
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Remaining 50% is paid at the time of dress collection.
How far in advance should i book the order?
We suggest deciding on a Bridal dress three-six months prior to your wedding date for a stress free experience and ensuring availability of sufficient time for fittings and accessorizing.
For Formals, the orders can be placed six weeks prior to your occasion.
Can I rush Order a dress?
If your wedding date is sooner than the time we typically need to produce a standard Bridal or Formal, a rush order can be placed for an additional charge.
Can I take the pictures of the dresses while trying them on?
Once you have paid the booking amount, you are more than welcome to take pictures of your dress. Prior to booking however, we have a strict no photography policy.
Can I Cancel my order once its placed?
All sales are final. We do not accommodate cancellations or refunds under any circumstances.
Can u ship my dress to me? How many days does it takes?
Yes we can ship your dress to you. Shipping within Pakistan is free of charges. International shipping will be applicable to charges as per weight of the dress and destination.
Shipping within Pakistan takes two-three working days.
International shipping takes four-five business days.
Do you Offer any Discount?
We do not offer discounts on a single dress order.
If you book more than one dress, a package deal will be offered to you. However if you like a certain dress and wants it within your budget; options can be discussed with the consultant and she will let you know what is and isn’t possible to save money with your dream design.

What is the Delivery Time?
We provide shipping all over the World through TCS and DHL. In Pakistan Deliveries can take 3-5 business days But In Europe Countries it takes 14-15 Days.Bridal Wear delivery times are determined after reviewing your requirements and the seasonof delivery.
What if the product Colour varies?
Serafinabyamber ensures that the product descriptions and photographs providedon this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this web site are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, Serafinabyamber do not accept responsibility for slight variances in color or style.
Can I Cancel my Order?
You can cancel your order within 48 hours if its not shipped
Can I amend my order?
Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes.
Can I return the order?
We do not accept returns for online orders.
How do I can track my order
On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through email and SMS. You can log on to TCS website for local order respectively, insert you’re tracking ID and track your order.
What if my merchandise does not fit?
You can perform a speed exchange of your purchase by contacting us. Please remember to share the invoice . The exchange should be made in within 7 days of order delivery.
What if my merchandise is damaged?
We do a detailed check of all our products before packaging it. However, if your purchased item is damaged we will verify it and arrange exchange within 7 days of purchase.
