Exchange/Refund Policy

1. All sales are final, no return accepted. 

2. Purchase product from Serafiña By Amber, LLC can be exchanged within 3 days only if, the item arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately.

3.  Please email pictures of the defective item to serafinabyamber@gmail.com within 3 days after order is delivered. Serafiña By Amber, LLC will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties.

4. Once we receive the item our team will review the damage. once the dispute is settled fairly we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it with the next order made by the customer.

5. In case of exchange, customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.

6. Discounted Items cannot be returned / exchanged.

7. Unstitched articles once stitched will not be entertained.

8. Serafiña By Amber, LLC uses USPS, Fedex, UPS and DHL to ship nationwide and/or international orders.

9. Free Shipping is not applicable to Wedding wear orders.

10. We provide shipping all over USA and Canada through USPS and internationally through FedEx/UPS/DHL/USPS. It will take 3-5 business days for delivery within USA and 7/15 days for international orders delivery. Bridal & Formal Wear delivery times are determined after reviewing your requirements and the season of delivery.
